This means we can drain your Hot Tub, fix the leak or change a pump for example, re-fill and test in full in an efficient time manner rather than charging you three hours to drain and then another two hours to re-fill. We can transfer your Spa water with in 10 minutes.

Our Managing Director is a WhatSpa doctor and is always happy to offer advice on your Spa Breakdown, if it is something simple i.e. dirty filters or your water level is too low, bad water chemistry, touch panel setting error then we would always try to help you resolve this before booking one of our Hot Tub Engineers to come and Repair you Spa.

All of our engineers have been personally taught by our Managing Director and have gone on to further training with our Head Technician who has been Repairing Hot Tubs solely for 11 years. As a company we are part P certified and conform to BS:7671 17th Edition of the Wiring Regulations. If someone is not recognised as a competent individual they should not be working on your Hot Tub.
